The services rendered by our Office in Commercial Law show variety in general as to provide legal solutions, within the context of commercial law regulations, to the problems arising before, during and after litigation process from the liabilities of being tradesman, such as unfair competition, commercial papers, current account.

As to our services in Corporate Law, our Office deals generally with company establishment with local and foreign capital, establishment of branchs and liaison offices, transfer of foreign capital, capital increase and decrease, drafting of articles of associations and shareholders agreements, preparing necessary documentation and holding the general assembly meetings, preparing Board of Directors’ resolutions, drafting share/asset transfer agreements, mergers and acquisitions, changing the type of the companies, liquidation, making necessary applications to the administrative authorities and fulfilling all necessary formalities related thereto.
